Welcome to Radar, a domain security scanning service provided by DefendFlow ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Radar, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Radar provides automated security scanning and analysis services for domain names, including configuration analysis, email security verification, certificate validation, infrastructure discovery, vulnerability detection, and security score calculations with actionable recommendations.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Service Tiers

Radar offers multiple subscription tiers with varying features and scan limits:

Trial: Free tier with limited scanning capabilities (2 scans per day)
Starter: Entry-level paid tier with increased scan limits
Growth: Mid-tier with enhanced features and higher limits
Professional: Advanced tier with maximum scan limits and priority support
Business/Enterprise: Custom solutions with dedicated support

4.2 Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

4.4 Plan Changes and Cancellation

You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Radar only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

Scan domains you do not own or have explicit permission to scan
Use the Service to conduct unauthorized security testing
Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage restrictions
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
Use the Service to harm, harass, or violate the rights of others
Transmit any malware, viruses, or malicious code
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

Important: Radar is designed for defensive security purposes only. Any use of our Service for malicious activities or unauthorized testing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Rate Limits and Usage Restrictions

Each subscription tier has specific scan limits to ensure fair usage and service availability. For detailed information about scan limits for each plan, please visit our Pricing Page.

Exceeding your plan's limits will result in temporary service suspension until the next reset period. We reserve the right to adjust these limits to maintain service quality.

7. Data and Scan Results

7.1 Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date security information, Radar scan results are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Security scanning results should be used as a guide and verified independently.

7.2 Data Retention

Scan results and historical data are retained according to your subscription tier. We reserve the right to delete old scan data to manage storage resources.

7.3 Your Data Rights

You retain all rights to the domains you scan. We do not claim ownership of your scan data, but you grant us a license to process and analyze this data to provide the Service.

8. Intellectual Property

Radar and all related trademarks, service marks, graphics, and logos are the property of DefendFlow. The Service, including its software, design, and content, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Third-Party Services

Radar integrates with various third-party services to provide comprehensive security scanning capabilities. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of these third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Radar is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim
We are not responsible for security breaches, data loss, or damages resulting from your use of scan results

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DefendFlow harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use or misuse of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Any unauthorized scanning or security testing conducted using our Service

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support or using account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

12.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

Violate these Terms of Service
Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
Abuse the Service or harm other users
Fail to pay applicable fees

13. Modifications to Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time. We will provide notice of material changes to these Terms by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Your use of Radar is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where DefendFlow is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DefendFlow regarding the use of Radar.
